We are seeking an IT legend to join our team.
You must thrive on solving the unsolvable.
You must be driven to succeed with a work ethic to match.
You must be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
You must have managed services experience, no ifs or buts; we all know internal IT can’t handle the pressure of MSP land.
You must be able to communicate effectively, underpinned by an understanding of the commercial imperatives of the SME sector (there’s no room at our Inn for a Sheldon or Moss).
You also need to be highly analytical.
You must pride yourself on attention to detail.
You must have a commitment to nurturing and supporting the rest of our team to deliver technical brilliance every day.
You must be willing to lead by example and get your hands dirty. If your ideal job is kicking back and watching others work, then please, walk on by.
You must be able to multi-task and prioritise all day, every day. You must turn up every day, ready to deliver the goods.
You must be our Terminator (think Arnie in T2), able to regroup and refocus, and just keep going till the solution is found.
You must be motivated to keep up with industry trends and continuously develop your skills and competencies.
We know this person exists, as we already have one SuperTech and we know we offer a place where another SuperTech will thrive. Perhaps you have owned your own MSP and just want to get back to being technical? Perhaps you are being pushed into a sales path, with KPIs and targets, but you just want to focus on SuperTeching?
Yes, you will need to live and breathe this job, but you will be very well compensated for your efforts.
You will also be part of a leadership group which gives a damn about what we do and how we do it.

We’re headquartered in Tamworth. Our preference is to have this role based in Tamworth and we will provide a $10,000 relocation fund to make this happen. If you don’t already live regional, you really should consider a tree-change – we have space, affordable housing, great schools, sporting and creative pursuits and a thriving community of 55,000 people. While we have very few traffic lights, we do have a peak hour – it lasts from 8.25am to 8.30am, give or take a few minutes.
