We now have an opportunity for a customer focussed IT professional with a managed services background to join our team.

Technical expertise required to succeed in this role includes:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of management of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of commercial backup solutions (such as StorageCraft, Veeam) .
  • Knowledge of virtual server environments with VMware/Hyper-V.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining high security standards in:
  • Commercial backup solutions (such as StorageCraft, Veeam)
  • Firewall, router and general network knowledge, with experience in Sophos technologies well regarded
  • Management of anti-virus, anti-spam and web-filtering solutions
  • Exposure to SQL and LAN/WAN communications/configurations would be beneficial but not a requirement.
  • Current driver’s licence.

This role will involve some regular travel of approximately 5-6 nights away per month, depending upon your location. This role must be based in the Orange/Dubbo region.
